Where is MBC based out of?
We are a small family business located in Ontario, Canada.
However, our items ship from all over North America and frequently arrive in separate packages. Purchaser assumes responsibility for any duties and taxes.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Canada & the contiguous United States is FREE! Some restrictions may apply. Items not eligible for free shipping are noted in each product description.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes 10-15 business days. Some items are custom made-to-order and may take longer. Please check the product descriptions for lead times.
During the holidays, please allow twice the normal shipping times.
Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. Please email mybarnchild@gmail.com before checking out, if you have any questions.
How are parcels shipped?
Orders are shipped Canada Post/USPS with no tracking.
Orders over $100 are automatically upgraded to include tracking.
Can I rush an order?
YES! Expedited shipping options are available for an additional charge.
Do you ship outside North America?

Do your products have any warrantee?
We are happy to offer a 30 day replacement warrantee for any defects due to workmanship or materials. There is no warrantee on normal wear & tear. Final sale items are noted in each product description. Please email mybarnchild@gmail.com, if you have any questions.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We are unable to return or exchange earrings, for hygiene purposes. Other items may be exchanged for credit within 30 days of purchase, but return shipping & shipping on the exchanged items is the responsibility of the customer (free shipping is only available on the original purchase). Returned items must be in original/unused condition, in original packaging. Credits may not be used on sale items or promotions. Final sale items are noted in each product description. Why is the website in US dollars, if you are in Canada?
There are a few reasons: We did need to choose one currency for the website, as we're a very small family-owned business and the website isn't tremendously sophisticated. Also, as we have a lot of retailers in Canada, most of our online orders are American customers. As well, we need to keep the final pricing of our items fair and the same as our retailers.
